ACTIVE LIVING FOR MENTAL HEALTH:

A SYNOPSIS AND A COLLECTION OF BIBLIOGRAPHY

Active Living for Mental Health (ALMH) is a constantly expanding approach that explores and promotes more effective interventions in the field of Mental Health given the tangible contribution of Sport, Physical Activity and Exercise both to treatment regimens or prevention strategies and to the reform of the mainstream MH policies.

ALMH’s  principles and objectives presented in the Synopsis are accompanied by an extensive collection of research publications and key policy documents that highlight the strong scientific evidence of the ALMH context over the past twenty years. Despite the collection of the large number of 433 documents, this first edition of the catalogue is not considered exhaustive and the MENTALWORD team, working for the preparation of a second more complete publication, awaits with great interest the disclosure of any additional information to the info@mentaworld.site
