By definition, projects are collective actions either at the establishment level (funding and coordination bodies) or at the implementation level (partners and project team of the coordinator). Following this approach, the list includes recent projects related to MH for which there was personal overall management responsibility in any of the levels above mentioned. Project teams were the key actor of the achievements while external collaborators also contribute significantly. Quite often, the legacy of certain projects goes beyond the occasional time frames and a special continuous dynamic develops.
